GRESB imminent changes

Earlier this year our colleague Theo Bibby has kindly put together for our Clients a tidy and comprehensive list of all the new features that GRESB is introducing in 2024. We have now made this PDF available to download for everybody else, free of charge.

As you can see from the comparison between 2023 and 2024 scores, the impact is going to be significant compared to last year: don’t get caught and check out which responses are becoming scored compared to the previous submissions, especially now that GRESB has published an article showing that every one-point increase in scoring is associated with a 0.09% quarterly or 0.36% increase in annualized total returns for NCREIF Open Ended Diversified Core Equity (ODCE) Index funds.
