Breaking news! GRESB Accredited Professional
This month, GRESB launched the GRESB Accredited Professional (GRESB AP) program, which is designed to equip professionals with the skills to understand, report, and manage sustainability data and performance within the GRESB Real Estate Assessment. The GRESB AP – Team Leader level is the first accreditation available as part of the program.
Designed to equip professionals with the skills needed for the end-to-end management of the GRESB Real Estate Assessment, this level of accreditation focuses on key competencies required during the annual reporting process, including preparation, data collection, documentation, and submission of the Assessment. As a GRESB AP Team Leader, individuals demonstrate proficiency in navigating the intricacies of sustainability reporting, ensuring accuracy and contributing to the success of GRESB Assessments. The exam also covers foundational principles, ensuring that examinees gain a comprehensive understanding of the GRESB reporting landscape
To achieve the accreditation, you must achieve a score of at least 70% in the 2024 GRESB AP – Team Leader exam, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of the entire GRESB process. This exam is divided into 3 categories:
- Fundamentals: Examinees will gain foundational insights into GRESB, the GRESB Foundation, and general ESG topics
- Reporting: This section delves into the technical aspects of reporting, covering relevant dates, GRESB Portal functionalities, support, GRESB Assessment components, reporting characteristics, scoring, and indicators
- Results: Examinees will explore the GRESB Assessment results, including the interpretation of aggregate results, benchmark reports, and considerations related to data and investor access.
Following a score of 96%, E.S.G. Solutions are pleased to announce that our colleague Theo Bibby has become the first ever consultant to achieve the GRESB Accredited Professional status worldwide!
