The District 2025 | Week programme

We are looking forward to this 3-day networking event in Spain as 14,000 investors and buyers are going to meet up in Barcelona this week at The District!

Ideally positioned as the leading international professional event where property deals are accelerated, new opportunities are discovered and businesses are elevated, this is a space where the global capital ecosystem is brought together to interact with international decision-makers, understand the yields of each asset class, the current economic cycle, the timing of different asset classes (traditional and alternative), the risk and return profile of core, core-plus, value-add and opportunistic investments, and where to discover the trends of the different real estate markets.

Our Managing Director and Founder will be speaking in the Auditorium Stoneweg on Wednesday 1st October 2025 at 11:15 – 11:45 at a session moderated by Venonica Martin Tolosa (WIRES – Women in Real Estate Spain, CEO & Founder at VMT-Associates) and Manuel Hurtado (Global Head of Intelligence of Accumin). The programme of this week packed with conferences and meetings is provided below: 

THE DISTRICT (Pavilion 4), Fira Barcelona’s Gran Via venue, Carrer del Foc, 1 (Entrance via Sur 4-6), Sants-Montjuïc, 08038 Barcelona.

1. Tuesday 30th September, 8.30 pm: WELCOME PARTY 2025 at the Bastian Beach (Pg Mare Nostrum, 14, 08039 Barcelona). A welcome party by the Mediterranean Sea, in a perfect atmosphere for a night of music with DJ, gastronomy and drinks, in a fun atmosphere to generate a good networking among all attendees.
2. Wednesday 1st October, 6.15pm: THE WORLD-CLASS DISTRICT AWARDS & COCKTAIL 2025 at Main Auditorium, Hall 4, Fira de Barcelona – Gran Via (Av. Joan Carles I, 64, 08908 L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona). These awards are intended to recognize the work and leadership of those corporations, firms, funds, developers, proptech, cities or administrations that are committed to innovation, ESG, transformation and impact projects in the Real Estate sector.
3.  Thursday 2nd October, 1.45 pm: REAL ESTATE COCKTAIL at Foyer Congress, Hall 4, Fira de Barcelona – Gran Via (Av. Joan Carles I, 64, 08908 L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona). This is a standing cocktail to generate business opportunities. The dress code is business casual. This event is open to the entire THE DISTRICT ecosystem, so there is no limit to the number of attendees.
