Second GRESB AP Team Leader for E.S.G. Solutions!

At E.S.G. Solutions we believe in planning and executing meaningful strategies which can fulfil our employees’ professional careers and meet at the same time our clients’ expectations in terms of quality of our services. This is why in the second half of the year, in agreement with management, the GRESB delivery team has undergone an intense 4-month internal training to consolidate our knowledge of the GRESB Real Estate Standards and Reference Guide, Scoring Document and proprietary spreadsheets used to speed up the process of collating and processing ESG data, policies and relevant documentation on behalf of our clients.

Following the invaluable technical guidance and mentorship offered by our colleague Theo Bibby, who earlier this year became the FIRST EVER GRESB AP TEAM LEADER IN THE WORLD, our consultants have spent together a minimum of two hours, twice a week, to review collectively each indicator of the Real Estate assessment and provide suggestions on how to improve our processes and procedures in preparation for an intense 2025, accompanied by individual continuous professional development sessions of study and research.

The tremendous effort resulted in a number of corporate and personal objectives that have been met, as we have built solid foundations for an even more structured, automated, resilient and ready-to-scale service offering in the premier ESG assessment and benchmark used by global investors and asset managers to drive change in the industry, especially those who don’t (want to) use a dedicated software solution for GRESB reporting.

It is then with immense pleasure that we would like to announce a second team member who has now become a GRESB Accredited Professional (AP): during this festive season our colleague Anna Rinaldi has made time to sit for the exam which recognised her credentials of proficiency in the Real Estate Assessment to contribute to better ESG outcomes!
