Mangia’s world-class GRESB-BREEAM integration strategy shortlisted for 2025 award
When Aeroviaggi‘s President accepted our Founder’s linkedin invitation on 19th April 2022 to have a chat about their management company’s ESG agenda, it’s fair to say that only the two of them would have believed that within three years Mangia’s would have competed with the likes of DWS US, PGIM Real Estate or Goodman, just to mention a few of the other top-7 asset managers in the world shortlisted to win a sustainability award in London next 5th June 2025. Taking place at the Peninsula Hotel, the event will be a celebration recognising the people, project and organisations around the world who are leading the way in sustainable building design, development and management.

As detailed in our blog article dated 25th April 2024, Mangia’s ESG strategy presented at the second ESG Forum 2030 in Rome (Italy) was born special, reflecting the nature and character of individuals used to striving for ambitious results yet optimising budgets and resources through their innate ingenuity and Mediterranean passion.
To be honest…we have always known it, but to have now both BREEAM and GRESB – leading sustainability certification scheme and peer benchmarking ESG framework at global level for the real estate industry – acknowledge the value of our client’s portfolio integration and commitment strategy is something truly remarkable, a result to be proud of and definitely worth celebrating!

If you are interested in hearing more details about Mangia’s incredible ESG journey to date, here‘s a youtube recording of the presentations by Marcello Mangia and Antonio Messina, together with insights from Unicredit Bank, Federalberghi and Expedia Group.
