Celebrating Rutuja’s “GRESB AP – Real Estate Team Leader” certification!

We’re proud to share that our colleague Rutuja Dongare has successfully obtained the GRESB Accredited Professional (AP) – Real Estate Team Leader certification.

GRESB AP is a globally recognized credential that demonstrates deep expertise in sustainability reporting, ESG best practices and the latest Standard, Reference Guide and Scoring Document of the GRESB Real Estate Assessment. Having this certification is a strong signal to our Clients and partners that E.S.G Solutions is committed to the highest standards of ESG performance and transparency.

We are the first ESG advisory firm in the world to have successfully applied for the GRESB AP register when the scheme was launched in 2024 and the only company globally that has introduced mandatory GRESB training for all new starters, who are required to pass the GRESB AP exam before completing their probatory period with us.
