BREEAM Awards 2025 – What a night!

The BREEAM Awards 2025 were an industry celebration and recognition of the people, projects and organisations around the world who are leading the way in sustainable building design, development and management. Real estate practitioners were invited at The Peninsula Hotel in London (UK) to showcase real estate projects that push the boundaries of sustainability and accelerate the transition to net zero.

Being shortlisted for these awards is a testament that honours projects and organisations demonstrating exceptional performance, innovation and replicability in creating sustainable environments, contributing to the well-being of people and the protection of natural resources. We proudly represented a client of ours (Mangia’s, management company of the Aeroviaggi S.p.A. hospitality portfolio) who was shortlisted among other top-7 asset managers in the world in the category “GRESB Portfolio Integration & Commitment” by an independent judging panel.

Aeroviaggi’s innovative ESG strategy that was introduced for the first time at the second ESG Forum 2030 in Rome (Italy) reflecting the nature and character of individuals used to striving for ambitious results yet optimising budgets and resources through their innate ingenuity and Mediterranean passion.

The event turned out to be great fun, with many colleagues, clients and friends visiting London from all around the world!
