2025 GRESB AP – Real Estate Team Leaders

We are delighted to announce that in March 2025 two members of our team have successfully completed the GRESB Accredited Professional (AP) Team Leader exam, which certifies expertise in reporting to GRESB and supporting clients to navigate the 2025 Real Estate Assessment.

Being among the very first professionals from just 7 advisory firms worldwide to obtain the coveted qualification, GRESB celebrated the achievement by disclosing on its social channels the names of the first cohort of GRESB APs from Partner organisations, in conjunction with the launch of the 2025 reporting season on 1st April 2025.

Antonio Messina and Theo Bibby are joined by a third GRESB AP, Anna Rinaldi, who has joined the Directory in December 2024 when she obtained her Team Leader qualification.
